How To Order

• Email to racuniklan@hotmail.com your order "PRODUCT NAME , CODE , COLOUR/SIZE, QUANTITY"
• Or fill the ORDER FORM
• We will reply your message as soon as possible or within 24 hours in working days (Monday - Friday)
• For a confirmed order, we will send a complete invoice with payment details.
• Confirmed order cannot be cancelled.
• For Pre Order, you can pay a 50 % down payment. Another 50 % + shipping fee can be paid when we are ready to deliver your purchase. You can check the shipping fee at Shipping Rate. Also check out our Shipping Rules.
  
• We only accept payment via CIMB Bank (for Malaysia), BCA (for Indonesia) and Paypal or Western Union (for other countries)
• Our items only can be reserved for 3 working days.
• Payment must be made within 3 days after a confirmed order. For pre-order, we will only purchase after receive your payment. We are not responsible with the availability of the item due to your late payment.
  
• No SMS. We only entertain orders and enquires via email, Yahoo Messenger or MSN.
• Please inform us after you make the payment.
• We ship our goods via Pos Malaysia, however you can choose your own shipping courier.
• We only ship on every Saturday.

• No exchanges / refunds can be made after you make the payment. We only refund the payment if we are out of stock. Please becareful to make your order before you confirm it.
